1. Shipping Methods
We safely ship your orders using selected parcel services (e.g., DHL, Hermes). The exact shipping costs will be displayed transparently in your shopping cart.
2. Delivery Times
Stock Goods: Immediately available, shipping within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.
Ordered Goods (e.g., special custom orders): Shipping within 5–10 working days after receipt of payment.
Special Goods / Dropshipping: Shipping may occur directly from our manufacturer (Dropshipping). Please refer to the respective product page for specific delivery times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the order value, weight, size, and destination (currently primarily Germany and "EU" . The final costs and options will be displayed transparently in your shopping cart and at checkout.
4. Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel, provided the shipping service offers this option.
5. Delivery Issues
